Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food products for restaurant and banquet operations according to production plan.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas.
• Alerts supervisor to equipment issues, shortages, or overages in a timely manner.
• Requisitions inventory and receives supplies as needed for daily production.
• Ensures proper storage, dating, and rotation of food items.
• Practices safe work procedures and maintains regular attendance.
