Responsibilities

• Washes and sanitizes china, glass, silverware, and cooking equipment by hand or in a dish machine.
• Assists in stocking and rotating incoming food and beverage products.
• Assists in basic food preparation as assigned by the Chef or Food & Beverage Manager.
• Maintains sanitation standards in assigned areas and cleans as required.
• Alerts chef or supervisor to any equipment breakdowns and follows safety practices.
