Fellows Hawaii inc. in Honolulu, HI is seeking a skilled Kitchen Chef to lead all kitchen operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience at our sports bar and grill with a sushi bar omakase concept.

The role requires 3+ years of culinary experience, strong leadership, and a Hawaii Food Handlers Card. Compensation is $16–$22 per hour plus tips, with benefits like health insurance, 401(k), and paid uniform. Work hours are 40 per week, weekends included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary experience.
• Proven experience in all aspects of food preparation, cooking and plating.
• Knowledge and practical experience in food hygiene and safety management.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Must have Hawaii Food Handlers Card.
