Roost is seeking a Back of House Captain to lead the kitchen team with a focus on consistency, quality, and care. You will coach Team Members, uphold food safety standards, and support shift execution under the Kitchen Manager while maintaining a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or kitchen leader is required.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop fellow Team Members.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the back-of-house Team Members throughout each shift.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure food is prepared accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner.
