Qualifications

• Requires supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership.
• Minimum 5 years progressive kitchen experience or 1 year post-graduate.
• Must hold a valid Food Handlers Certification per state.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong communication and active listening with staff and guests.
