Qualifications

• Previous customer service required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sous Chefs in culinary functions.
• Ensure proper storage of food items, raw materials and prepared items.
• Inspect outgoing orders for proper preparation and presentation.
• Coordinate food orders to cooks and review production schedules.
• Maintain clean work areas, utensils, and equipment; regulate oven temperatures.
• Label, date and rotate products for safety and sanitation.
• Teach and mentor Cooks and Production Cooks.
