Carter Lumber Company’s A Kight Home Center in Tennessee is seeking a Kitchen and Bath Sales Support member who is proactive, organized, and customer-focused. You will assist Kitchen Design and Sales Reps using Design Flex (20/20 Design) and manage day-to-day activities.

The role also requires maintaining up-to-date customer information, understanding cabinetry and pricing, and communicating effectively with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes.
• Proficient with Design Flex (20/20 Design) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Detail-oriented.
• Strong math for price quotes, discounts, and percentages.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Kitchen Design and Sales Reps with Design Flex usage.
• Support day-to-day sales activities and customer interactions.
• Maintain up-to-date information on customers’ product use and trends.
