Kight Home Center, a Carter Lumber division, is seeking a Kitchen and Bath Sales Support team member in Nashville. You will assist Kitchen Design and Sales Reps using Design Flex (20/20 Design) and perform daily sales support tasks, data entry, and customer follow-ups.

Key requirements include knowledge of cabinetry, ability to read blueprints, Excel proficiency, and strong communication. This role supports growth and learning within a family-owned company with a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, and detailing
• Working knowledge of Design Flex (20/20 Design) and Microsoft Office programs are a must
• Ability to read blueprints
• Detail-oriented
• Strong math skills: ability to calculate price quotes, discounts, and percentages
• Excellent communication skills: ability to articulate ideas both verbally and in writing
• Customer service experience and skills

Responsibilities

• Aid Kitchen Design and Sales Reps in designing using Design Flex (20/20 Design) and in day-to-day activities
• Maintain up-to-date information on customers' product use and trends to preserve client relationships
• Collaborate with customers and vendors to ensure accurate quotes and timely follow-ups
