Cabinet IQ of Raleigh is seeking an Experienced Sales Designer to join our fast-growing kitchen and bath team in Raleigh, NC. You will design spaces, meet clients on-site, and guide decisions using 2020 Design, focusing on delivering a 6-Star experience.

You should have 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience, be proficient in 2020 Design and Microsoft Office, and thrive in a high-performance showroom environment with commissions and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience required.
• Proficient in 2020 Design Software.
• Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Construction experience preferred but not required.
• Solid math and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and curate tailored design and product solutions.

Schedule / Expected Work Hours

• Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM, Saturdays 10 AM - 2 PM

Compensation

• Base salary + commission
• Base Salary $50,000 annually
• Earn percentage commission on revenue
• Sales reps earn on average $75,000 - $100,000 annually
