Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a Kitchen & Bath Designer to conduct in-home consultations, present designs, and assemble quotes for homeowners. This commission-based role has unlimited upside and requires a friendly, professional demeanor and reliable transportation.

Training is provided and you will build relationships with designers, contractors, and real estate firms. Compensation is $20.00–$25.00 per hour with bonuses based on performance, and the position offers year-round work in a franchise

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales process through in-home consultations.
• Present designs and quotes to homeowners to close sales.
• Create designs and quotes to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with franchise owner to finalize cabinet orders.
• Attend coaching calls as required.
• Maintain customer contact throughout projects.
• Aim to convert a minimum of 35% of appointments into sales.
• Develop relationships with designers, contractors, builders, and real estate firms.

Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking in-home specialty remodeling professionals for the role of Kitchen & Bath Designer. We offer unique custom products and services that are in strong demand.

This is a commission role with a high closing rate. Commission upside potential is unlimited and uncapped!

Job Duties

• Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training provided).


• Conduct scheduled \"in-home\" consultations, making presentations to homeowners.


• Create designs in 20/20 or similar software for clients


• Assembles a quote and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale.


• Revises quotes or drawings as customers’ wants and needs are assessed.


• Collaborates and communicates with franchise owner to ensure a complete cabinet order.


• Meets the installer at the job prior to installation to inspect and cover necessary details.


• Continues customer contact during the project and monitors all related activities.


• Convert as many sales appointments as possible into sales (a minimum of 35% is expected)


• Willing to develop account based business, such as interior designers, contractors, builders, and real estate firms.

Job Requirements

• Attend KTU weekly sales coaching call (min 3 per month).


• Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude


• Professional demeanor suitable to working in our client’s homes


• Strong negotiating skills
