Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up Buffalo NY seeks an in-home Kitchen & Bath Designer to create designs for clients and present compelling quotes. You will work with homeowners, collect requirements, and convert consultations into sales using 20/20 or similar software.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, strong negotiation skills, and an upbeat, professional demeanor while visiting homes. Training is provided and a commission-based compensation structure is in place.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process with training provided.
• Conduct scheduled in-home consultations and present to homeowners.

• Assemble quotes to present to customers to close sales.
• Revise quotes or drawings as customers’ needs evolve.
• Collaborate with franchise owner to ensure complete cabinet order.
• Meet installer prior to installation to confirm details.
• Maintain customer contact during project and monitor activities.
• Convert appointments into sales; 35% minimum expectation.
• Develop account-based business with designers, contractors, builders, and real estate firms.

Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking in-home specialty remodeling professionals for the role of Kitchen & Bath Designer. We offer unique custom products and services that are in strong demand.

This is a commission role with a high closing rate. Commission upside potential is unlimited and uncapped!

Job Duties

• Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training provided).
• Conduct scheduled "in-home" consultations, making presentations to homeowners.
• Create designs in 20/20 or similar software for clients
• Assembles a quote and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale.
• Revises quotes or drawings as customers’ wants and needs are assessed.
• Collaborates and communicates with franchise owner to ensure a complete cabinet order.
• Meets the installer at the job prior to installation to inspect and cover necessary details.
• Continues customer contact during the project and monitors all related activities.
• Convert as many sales appointments as possible into sales (a minimum of 35% is expected)
• Willing to develop account based business, such as interior designers, contractors, builders, and real estate firms.
