Job summary

Your Building Centers, Inc. is seeking a motivated Kitchen and Bath Sales Specialist to join our showroom team.

You will provide expert advice, design guidance, and sales support to customers seeking cabinetry, countertops, sinks, faucets, and related remodeling products. You will read blueprints, use design software, prepare quotes and proposals, coordinate orders with suppliers and installers, and build lasting relationships with homeowners and professionals.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in kitchen and bath design, home improvement, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and remodeling materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting kitchen and bath products (cabinetry, countertops, sinks, faucets, etc.).
• Provide design consultations and create functional, aesthetically pleasing layouts using design software or in-store tools.
• Prepare and present quotes, estimates, and sales proposals; process orders and coordinate with suppliers and installers.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, and interior designers; encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain an organized showroom and update displays; collaborate with the installation team for smooth project execution.
