Job summary

Roberts-Hamilton, franchised under Hajoca Corporation, is seeking a Design & Sales Consultant in Fridley, MN. The role covers expert product selection, design services, and showroom-based customer engagement.

The position offers $24–$28 per hour, with opportunities to assist at customer locations, both in-store and in-home design consultations, and to contribute to achieving sales targets in a showroom environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in plumbing design and sales.
• Knowledge of showroom products.
• Experience with luxury, high-end products and customers.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product selection assistance and design services in showroom and at customers' locations.
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit goals and contribute to profit sharing.
• Sell and provide in-store and in-home design consultations for kitchens and baths.
• Articulate the showroom value proposition to engage and upsell customers.
• Determine customer needs and guide to best products to address them.
• Build long-term customer relationships and referrals.
• Develop product knowledge and leverage Hajoca technology to review specs, pricing, and availability.
• Use sales reports and forecasting tools to hit targets.
• Enter orders and bids and stay engaged through project completion.
• Process showroom returns per policy and keep showroom tidy.
