Job summary

Hajoca Corporation / Moore Supply Co. in Houston, TX is seeking a Design & Sales Consultant to provide expert product selection and design services for showroom and on-site visits, with a pay range of $18–$22 per hour.

You will guide customers through kitchen and bath design projects, build long-term relationships, and use company tools to meet sales targets while delivering outstanding service and showroom presentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in plumbing design and sales.
• Knowledge of showroom products and ability to discuss kitchen/bath trends.
• Experience with luxury/high-end products and customers.
• Strong eye for aesthetics and ability to upsell/cross-sell.
• Familiarity with architectural blueprints and design concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for emails, files, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product selection assistance and design services to showroom customers in-store and on-site.
• Ensure customer satisfaction to meet/exceed sales and gross profit goals.
• Sell and provide in-store and/or in-home kitchen and bath design consultations.
• Articulate showroom value proposition, engage customers, and move sales forward.
• Leverage company tools to review product specs, pricing, and availability.
• Follow-up on leads, process orders, and manage bids from start to finish.
