Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel Columbus is seeking a motivated food prep team member to support daily kitchen operations. Under general supervision, you will prepare a variety of dishes using recipe cards and maintain a clean, organized prep area while delivering friendly hospitality to guests.

You will operate kitchen equipment and POS, assist guests, and support the bartender as needed, without making or pouring alcohol.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal directions in English.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment and POS systems.
• Strong communication with customers and team; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of food items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized food prep area throughout shift.
• Assist guests with service and provide hospitality.
• Support bar staff as needed without making or pouring alcohol.
