Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel in Columbia, MO is seeking a kitchen team member to prepare a variety of food products according to recipe cards and guest orders. You will keep the prep area clean and organized while supporting guests and team members with a high standard of hospitality.

Under general supervision, you’ll use kitchen equipment and POS systems, follow policies, and contribute to the Drury culture of service and integrity. 18+ required; English communication essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak clearly.
• Ability to operate POS software and kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils per recipe cards.
• Fulfill guest orders while following company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized prep area and assist guests as needed.
• Deliver hospitality with integrity and a high standard of service.
