Job summary

Drury Hotels is hiring for a front-line role at our Columbus property. You will manage the 5:30 p.m. Kickback for guests, assist with food prep, and keep the kitchen and lobby tidy. You will answer questions about the hotel and area, delivering a warm guest experience.

We seek friendly, energetic communicators who can work evenings and weekends, with a focus on hospitality and teamwork. Hiring immediately.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hotel accommodations, community, and hotel services.
• Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
• Warm, friendly manner in communicating with guests and creating a happy atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and with clean-up.
• Ensure the kitchen and lobby area are clean and well organized.
• Ensure food safety standards are met and supplies are stocked at appropriate levels.
• Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture.
• Answer guest questions using knowledge of the hotel, area, and events.
• Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.

Ensure exceptional, positive experiences for our diverse team members and guests.
