  • Wash, peel, and cut fruits, vegetables, and meats for cooking or serving.
  • Follow Heinen’s panning, packaging, and merchandising standards.
  • Acquire and share knowledge of Kitchen Department.
  • Monitor and maintain all food handling and temperature standards.
  • Write orders using effective pars and planning.
  • Work as a team to complete daily tasks, including scanning and recording shrink, order writing, stocking, rotating and merchandising.
  • Attend required corporate meetings, vendor calls, and training classes.
  • Comply with all personal and food safety standards.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
