Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support dining services by setting up and delivering trays, serving residents, washing dishes, and prepping vegetables and desserts. This on-call role covers varying shifts, including mornings and evenings, with a pay rate of $21.66 per hour.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months in a related field. Join a team focused on resident well-being and community dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a customer focus while performing duties.
• Sets tray cards; reads tray service memo, sets trayline and dishes up, pours, serves and/or passes out soup, dinners, salads, desserts, coffee, water, etc.; brings china for buffet.
• Plans and/or fills out menus for the next day; sets tables for the next meal; checks to be sure there are enough fruit bowls, salad dressing, and refills for lettuce and tomatoes, vegetables, jello, etc.; maintains stock of condiments, china, silverware and other supplies.

Minimum Requirements

Education
