Job summary

Target Hospitality is hiring Kitchen Staff III to support our dining operations. You will assist Chefs, help maintain clean dining and service areas, and uphold HACCP and FIFO guidelines while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Role requires 2+ years of dishwashing or equivalent, English literacy, and willingness to travel on long rotations as needed. Food safety and first aid certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years dishwashing experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Valid food safe certification preferred.
• First aid certification preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check and urine analysis.
• Must provide your own transportation to and from the facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety culture by following SOPs, JSAs, Policies and Procedures.
• Clean and maintain dining room and service areas.
• Sweep and mop floors in kitchen and dining room.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and equipment.
• Assist in restocking coolers and displays in the dining room.
• Adhere to HACCP and FIFO food storage, rotation, and disposal rules.
• Serve all foods per HACCP and food safety standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment (slicers, coffee machines, dispensers).
• Deliver world-class customer service to guests.
• Attend safety meetings and participate in emergency procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
