ST JOE RESORT OPERATIONS LLC is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to help maintain a clean, efficient kitchen environment. You will assist with basic meal prep, wash and sanitize equipment, and help manage supplies in a high-volume resort setting.

The role requires basic English, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen. Prior kitchen experience is preferred but not required; a food handlers’ license may be obtained after employment.

• Proven ability to assist in a kitchen environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Cook with meal ingredients prep including washing, cleaning, peeling, and chopping.
• Clean and sanitize all food prep areas according to hygiene standards.
• Wash and store cooking appliances, utensils, boards, and dishes appropriately.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors; wipe kitchen walls as needed.
• Assist with unloading and organizing delivered supplies.
• Maintain proper stock labeling and storage of ingredients.
