You will assist in meal prep, set up meal carts, and ensure CACFP documentation and safety standards are met. The role requires attention to sanitation, teamwork, and flexibility in a dynamic setting. We offer comprehensive benefits and a mission-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of food preparation and nutrition.
• Ability to be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation.
• Recent Physical and MMR immunity.
• Ability to pass CORI and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of snacks and meals.
• Set up, deliver, pick up and break down of meal carts.
• Maintain CACFP logs.
• Maintain clean work areas and sanitation per guidelines.
• Wash dishes and operate dish machine.
• Uphold food safety and personal hygiene standards.
• Attend trainings and meetings.
• Follow local, state, and federal CACFP regulations.
• Uphold CTI values: Equity, Integrity, Compassion.
