Job summary

Fraser, Ltd. is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to support the Food Services Department by helping provide quality meals in a safe, organized, and team-oriented environment.

You’ll assist with kitchen operations, support quality control, and help ensure meals are prepared and served efficiently for the individuals we support. You will work with the Food Services team to maintain a clean, safe workspace, follow sanitation standards, and assist with lifting and stocking supplies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of food service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to quality and organization.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support daily kitchen operations and food preparation activities.
• Assist in maintaining quality control standards for meals and food service operations.
• Help ensure food is prepared, stored, and handled safely.
• Work collaboratively with the Food Services team to maintain an efficient kitchen environment.
• Assist with kitchen organization, cleaning, and daily operational tasks.
