Qualifications

• General Catering Certificate and four (4) CXC subjects (including English & Mathematics), OR equivalent experience, education, or training.
• Knowledge of food preparation, inventory control, commercial kitchen equipment, and food safety regulations.
• Understanding of menu planning, nutrition, dietetics, and institutional food service practices.
