Qualifications

• 1–2 years of kitchen experience, preferably in catering or restaurant environments.
• Previous experience as a server, dishwasher, or in kitchen sanitation is desirable.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Ability and willingness to travel 50–75% of the time.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation, plating, and service for large-scale events, ensuring top-notch quality.
• Perform general kitchen duties such as dishwashing, sanitizing surfaces, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Support catering operations by organizing and transporting food items and supplies to various locations.
• Set up and break down kitchen areas for banquets, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly cleaned and stored.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene in accordance with company policies.
• Assist in stocking and organizing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
• Travel to various job sites to assist in catering operations, working alongside the culinary team.

Position Overview

As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our banquet operations by supporting the team in food preparation, kitchen cleanliness, and service efficiency.
