Boston Celtics is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support daily facility maintenance and food prep in the team lounge. The role requires stocking, receiving inventory, and assisting in food production for cold items, with openings and closings of the kitchen.
Responsibilities include cleaning, HACCP compliance, and inventory management, including ordering and receiving stock while maintaining high-quality displays. Weekend/holiday availability is required.

Summary:
The Kitchen Assistant will be responsible for daily facility maintenance, ensuring an exceptionally clean and sanitary environment as well as the receiving and stocking of perishable and non-perishable products.This individual will assist infood production and service for cold items and opening/closing the kitchen. This individual will also be responsible for the management, ordering, and receiving of inventory items.
