Job summary

Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska is hiring a Dishwasher/Cooks Aide II to support the Cook/Nutritionist in meal prep for two meals and a snack daily. The role includes operating the dishwasher, maintaining clean work areas, and following all safety and sanitation policies at Educare Winnebago.

The position requires good physical health, the ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and adherence to kitchen procedures. Preference for a High School Diploma or GED and willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid within 90

Qualifications

• Experience in menu planning and meal prep is a plus.
• Good staff/children relation skills required; handle varied personalities.
• Must be in good health and able to pass a physical exam and TB test.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meal preparations and cleanup.
• Run the dishwasher and maintain sanitation of the kitchen.
• Learn proper storage techniques for food and utensils.
• Follow Educare Winnebago and tribal chain of command.
• Maintain professional image in food prep areas and community.
