Job summary

New Communities' Biddeford Estates is hiring a Dietary Aide to join our dining team, helping deliver meals to residents and support daily dining operations.

This part-time role runs 10:30a-6p with every other weekend, offering competitive hourly pay ($15.10–$15.85) and benefits including health/dental/vision, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and a 403(b) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma/GED preferred, but not required.
• One year of experience in a food service setting and experience working with the elderly/disabled population is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers whose primary language is English.

Responsibilities

• Assist dining team to ensure residents receive meals.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
• Understand and apply residents' service plans related to dining.

Part-time position available - 10:30a-6p with every other weekend (28 hours)

The Dietary Aide role: as Dietary Aide at New Communities' assisted living community, Biddeford Estates, you will support seniors to live life fully through working as part of the dining team. You will be responsible for assisting the dining team to ensure each resident receives the appropriate meal, maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and food service areas, and understand residents’ individual service plans, as it relates to their dining needs.
