Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience within operations, production, logistics, or a regulated environment.
• Previous line management experience overseeing large teams.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance, controlled production processes, and operational compliance.
• Experience within healthcare, clinical trials, or supply chain environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 50+ employees within a fast-paced production environment.
• Oversee kit production activities to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency.
• Ensure operational capabilities align with client and service demands.
• Act as a key representative for the site with clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain full compliance with safety standards, QMS, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
