A rapidly growing international organisation operating within the healthcare and clinical supply sector is seeking an experienced and driven Kit Production Site Manager to lead its Miami-based operations facility.

The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring production activities are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with strict regulatory and quality standards.

You will lead operational planning, team development, client engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring service levels consistently meet and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 50+ employees within a fast-paced production environment
• Oversee kit production activities to ensure timely delivery, operational efficiency, and stock integrity
• Ensure operational capabilities align with client and service demands
• Act as a key representative for the site with clients, stakeholders, and internal leadership teams
• Produce, analyse, and present KPI and on-time delivery reports
• Maintain full compliance with safety standards, QMS, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
• Identify operational gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Support commercial and senior management teams in driving business growth
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery are maintained at all times

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience within operations, production, logistics, or a regulated environment
• Previous line management experience overseeing large teams
• Strong understanding of quality assurance, controlled production processes, and operational compliance
