Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct production supervision experience.
• HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Participates in staff development by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Ensures production goals for kits are met to eliminate stats.
• Maintains a high level of kit quality and safety training for all employees.
• Coaches, counsels, and disciplines as needed; enforces policies and procedures.
• Monitors production planning, daily productivity tracking, and rework management.
• Oversees cell staffing, work orders, and 5S compliance; supports Level 2 tasks as needed.
