Job summary

ACM Medical Labs, Inc. seeks a US Kit Production Manager in Horsham, PA to oversee clinical trial kit production and distribution, coordinating internal operations with third‑party vendors to ensure on‑time delivery and adherence to GCP and regulatory standards.

You will manage a team, develop training plans, drive process improvements, and supervise QA/CAPA activities while collaborating with PMs, CTAs, and external partners to support studies and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years in logistics, supply chain, central lab, or clinical trial operations.
• Experience leading teams and managing KPIs.
• Familiarity with GCP/ISO or other regulated environments preferred.
• APICS/CSCP/CPIM or PMP certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kit production and distribution operations.
• Lead and develop the production team with clear performance metrics.
• Manage external kitting vendors and SLAs to ensure throughput.
• Drive process improvements using Lean Six Sigma principles where applicable.
• Coordinate with PMs, CTAs, and logistics to align study priorities.
