The role focuses on KPI-driven performance, staff development, and cross-functional collaboration with PMs, QA, and supply chain, while maintaining GCP/ISO standards and a proactive CAPA/QMS program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years in logistics, supply chain, clinical trial operations, or kitting/production.
• Leadership experience with coaching, onboarding and performance management.
• Experience in regulated environments (GCP/ISO) preferred.
• CPIM/CSCP or PMP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kit production and resource management, tracking metrics.
• Hire, coach, and develop team; define roles and responsibilities.
• Lead cross-functional process improvements and KPI reporting.
• Manage QA, QMS elements, CAPA, and audits for kitting.
• Coordinate with PMs, CTAs, labs, and external vendors.
