Job summary

Bay FC seeks a Kit & Equipment Assistant to support daily operations at our San Jose training facility, ensuring smooth training sessions, travel, and match-day preparations. You will manage kits, equipment, laundry, and logistics while maintaining high professional standards and a flexible schedule.

The role requires 2+ years in kit operations or related fields, strong organization, teamwork, and the ability to handle demanding physical tasks in outdoor settings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of kit operations, equipment management, or team support experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Professional communication with players, coaches, staff, vendors, and club personnel.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions from the Kit & Equipment Manager.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate team vehicles if required.
• Understanding of league rules including the NWSL CBA.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in demanding conditions.
• Flexible schedule with long hours and domestic travel during the season.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, distribute, and collect training kit for players and staff daily.
• Assist in daily training sessions with equipment management and transitions between drills.
• Manage equipment needs for auxiliary training sessions.
• Support equipment setup and logistics at PayPal Park and other venues.
• Label, organize, and store kit according to club standards.
• Assist customization of names, numbers, and patches.
