Job summary

Bay FC in San Jose is seeking a Kit & Equipment Assistant to support daily operations, training, travel, and match-day logistics, ensuring high-performance standards for players and staff.

You will work closely with the Kit & Equipment Manager and Football Operations to prepare kits, manage field equipment, oversee laundry, and assist with travel and visiting team needs to keep the squad ready for every session and match.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in kit operations, equipment management, or team support.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, distribute, and collect training kit daily.
• Manage field equipment during training sessions.
• Oversee equipment needs for auxiliary training (recovery, rehab, small group).
• Support at PayPal Park and other venues with setup and logistics.
• Coordinate laundry cycles and rotate cleaned kits.
• Assist with loading/unloading for home/away fixtures.
• Travel with team to away matches to support equipment needs.
• Maintain inventory and ensure labeling and storage per club standards.
