Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check.
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize equipment storage facilities.
• Deliver and set up equipment at various sports locations.
• Perform regular checks and maintenance on equipment.
• Assist with inventory management, including tracking and ordering new equipment.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure all logistical needs are met.

Job Summary

The Utility/Equipment Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all sports equipment is well‑maintained, delivered, and in working condition. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of our sports programs and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for participants. This position will require a person with a passion for helping the community maintain the equipment storage facilities for sports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize equipment storage facilities.
• Deliver and set up equipment at various sports locations.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and safe for use.
• Perform regular checks and maintenance on equipment.
• Assist with inventory management, including tracking and ordering new equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure all logistical needs for sports programs are met.
• Assist in setting up the fields for the team.
• Report to the Site Manager.

• MUST BE DEPENDABLE. The entire program depends on you to come to the field with the equipment.
