Job summary

Tampa Bay Sun FC is seeking an organized Operations Coordinator to oversee the daily operation of the club’s training facility, Riverfront Stadium, and home match operations. You will own facility readiness, coordinate maintenance projects, and manage matchday logistics to ensure a professional, safe and ready environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Event Management, or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational needs at training facility and Riverfront Stadium.
• Own facility-readiness and coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and improvements.
• Coordinate matchday setup, execution, and breakdown for home matches and events.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Ticketing, Partnerships, and other departments for activations and events.
• Maintain operational documents, inventories, and post-event action items.
