Bay FC is seeking a Kit & Equipment Assistant to support daily operations, equipment transport, laundry, and logistics for training and matchdays. The position starts at an hourly rate of $30/hr and includes overtime eligibility. Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in kit operations, equipment management, or team support (pro or academy).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high‑performance environment.
• Ability to communicate professionally with players, coaches, performance staff, vendors, and club personnel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, distribute, and collect training kit for players and staff daily.
• Assist in daily full team training sessions, managing field equipment and transitions between drills.
• Oversee equipment needs for auxiliary training sessions (recovery, rehab, small group).
• Support equipment setup and logistics at matches/venues (home and away).
• Monitor equipment condition, report damage, restock consumables, manage inventory.
