Job summary

Bio-Techne Corp is seeking a Kit Assembly Supervisor in Minnesota to lead a 4-8 person team responsible for timely kit assembly and order fulfillment. You will train staff, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with SOPs and quality controls.

The role requires a bachelor's degree with up to 3 years of experience or an associate degree with 3-5 years. Strong collaboration skills and a focus on safety and efficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree with up to 3 years of relevant experience; or an Associate degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies are preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with production scheduling and inventory management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a 4-8 person kit assembly team to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings and provide performance feedback.
• Author, review, and approve controlled documents for product kitting.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and CAPA activities.
• Monitor kit assembly inventory and production reports.
• Coordinate with adjacent department leaders to troubleshoot issues.
