Job summary

Bio-Techne Corp. in Minneapolis, MN, seeks a Kit Assembly Supervisor to lead a team of 4–8, prioritize production orders, and ensure on-time delivery to customers.

You will train personnel on SOPs, drive continuous improvement, manage kit inventory, and participate in CAPA processes. Requires a bachelor's or associate degree with relevant experience and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with up to 3 years of relevant experience; or, an Associate degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with direct reports and provide performance feedback.
• Author, review, and approve controlled documents related to product kitting.
• Lead daily tier board meetings and participate in area 5S and Gemba walk activities.
