Job summary

Visit.org is seeking an experienced Freelance Event Specialist in Kissimmee, FL to manage logistics for an in-person event. The role is on-site, contract-based, and per-event, with travel within the local region as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
• Based in Kissimmee, FL.
• Schedule flexibility to work per-event contracts as needed.
• Experience with large-scale events and executive-level settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event details, ship materials, and staff for each event.
• Be on-site for set-up, on-site coordination, tear down, and post-event wrap-up.
• Act as Visit.org representative and problem-solver at events.
• Manage check-in and welcome guests with excellent customer service.
• Escalate issues to Events Team when needed; provide updates and media to the team.
• Travel within the local region as required; work flexible hours, including nights/weekends.
