Job summary

Visit.org, Inc. is seeking an experienced Freelance Event Specialist to manage logistics for in-person events based in Kissimmee, FL. The role requires strong event operations skills and the energy to thrive in a startup-tech, CSR-focused environment.

You will coordinate planning meetings, manage on-site setup and breakdown, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while representing Visit.org at events in the local region.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event details, shipping materials, and staffing; be on-site hands-on.
• Join planning meetings with corporate partner, nonprofit partner, and Visit.org teams.
• Be on-site to set up, align with the team, tear down, and ensure a high-quality guest experience.
• Represent Visit.org, lead on-site, and problem-solve during events.
• Manage check-in and welcome guests; handle last-minute issues and escalations.
• Breakdown after events and pack materials for return shipments.
