Job summary

DOXA, an award-winning specialty insurance platform, is seeking an IT Technician for Odds On Promotions to support kiosk hardware operations in Reno, NV. You will unpack equipment, set up and test kiosks, and ensure full functionality in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This full-time role offers $20.00-$24.00 per hour, a 60-day probation, benefits including 401(k) with matching, health/dental/vision, and PTO. Candidates must lift 75+ pounds and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/technical environment.
• 60-day probationary period applies.

Responsibilities

• Unpack inbound equipment and conduct a detailed inventory of received/missing parts.
• Set up, test, and clean kiosk equipment to ensure full functionality.
• Repair damaged hardware and reimage kiosks with a clean OS installation.
• Complete multi-point receiving checklists, including log retrieval and archiving.
• Assist with packing outbound equipment.
• Facilitate freight pickups.
• Support new hardware builds.
• Serve as a backup warehouse assistant/forklift operator when required.
