A leading service provider is seeking a Full Time Field Service Technician to maintain and service kiosks across South Shore, MA. You will perform routine checks, on-call repairs, and monitor machine operations. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, mechanical repair experience, and excellent customer service skills. Qualifications

• Background in electromechanical repair and maintenance preferred.
• Prior experience in retail merchandising, field operations, and customer service preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar profile preferred.

Responsibilities

• Re-stock and perform routine service on kiosks.
• Perform on-call repairs or adjustments to machines.
• New kiosk installations or swaps.

Skills
