Job summary

The Hillman Group in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Full Time Field Service Technician to service and maintain a 90+ kiosk territory. You will train on key duplicating and tag engraving kiosks and perform 3rd party service, with travel and setup in local stores.

The role requires electromechanical repair experience, reliability, and strong customer service skills, plus a willingness to work weekends if needed. Company-provided car allowance and benefits are included.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Background in electromechanical repair and maintenance (preferred).
Prior experience in retail merchandising, field operations and customer service (preferred).
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar profile (preferred).
Experience with tools and troubleshooting mechanical problems.
Ability to read, write and speak fluent English to include technical jargon.

Responsibilities

Re-stock and perform routine service on kiosks as needed (determined by demand at the machine, or schedule).
Perform on-call repairs or adjustments to the machine when the machine goes out of order.
New kiosk Installations or swap newer kiosks of machines in the local area.
Monitor machines in territory daily for issues and contact stores to resolve connectivity or power issues.
Keep track of inventory for re-stocking machines that are in Kiosk Tech's possession.
Grow revenue in territory by optimizing machine locations, uptime, product mix, store relationships, etc.
