Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree required; BA or higher preferred.
• 3+ years experience with children and families in social services/foster care.
• Crisis intervention experience.
• Knowledge of community resources.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in computer software and file systems (MS Office, Excel, Outlook).
• Honesty, dependability, and deadline orientation.

Aufgaben

• Applications Processing: review timely completion within 7 calendar days; background checks; residency verification; kinship determinations.
• Information Management: create kinship eligibility in eWISACWIS; maintain tracking systems; upload background check results.
• Client Engagement: conduct home visits within 14 calendar days; provide welcome packet; perform needs assessments and referrals.
• Professionalism: work independently and in a team; meet deadlines; communicate effectively; uphold codes of conduct.
• Agency Engagement: support trauma-informed care; participate in committees; promote DEI and strategic initiatives.
