Job Description - Foreign Lead Teacher (IB Kindergarten)

Location: About ten minutes from Maquanying Subway Station by bike, Line 15 and the Airport Expressway.

Start work time: August

Qualifications:

• A native English speaker
• A diploma or bachelor's degree
• A true passion for working with young children
• A team player with good interpersonal skills
• A commitment to professionalism
• A minimum one-year contract commitment
• Major in early childhood education preferred

Working Hours:

8 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday. One hour off for lunch.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Monthly salary: 25k-28k RMB after tax (depending on background)
• 4 weeks full paid holidays (21 days per school year + 7 days for Christmas)

Major Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Chinese Head Teacher to plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum for children aged 2-6 years
• Engage with children in English throughout the day, creating a bilingual learning environment
• Conduct well-planned large and small group activities in English, including stories, songs, games, art, and cooking
