Qualifications: Appropriate State of Maine Certification and current CHRC Authorization through State of Maine Department of Education.
Description: MSAD #11 is looking for a dynamic, passionate, dedicated team player. The successful candidate is student-centered and values collaborative work. We are seeking someone who will be able to maintain a joyful learning environment and engage learners as responsible contributors to their learning community. The candidate understands the importance of integrating phonics, phonological awareness, handwriting, and research-based reading and numeracy strategies into daily practice with support from the district’s instructional resources. As a team member, the candidate will look at student work and analyze data to plan for individual instruction; have strong communication skills; is dedicated to meeting the academic and social needs of each child. Knowledge and experience in a multi-tiered system of support and K for ME is preferred.
