Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Assist the kindergarten teacher with implementing daily lessons, routines, and activities.
• Provide individual and small-group support in foundational skills (early literacy, reading readiness, handwriting, math).
• Prepare instructional materials, centers, bulletin boards, and learning activities.
• Support differentiated instruction and monitor student progress.
• Supervise students during arrival, dismissal, recess, and field trips.
• Maintain an orderly, safe, and welcoming classroom environment.
