Siloam Springs School District is seeking a Kindergarten Classroom Aide to support young learners during a 185-day school year. The role focuses on social-emotional and academic development under the supervision of the principal and classroom teachers.

You will assist with instruction, supervise students, monitor progress, and maintain documentation while fostering positive communication with families and upholding the district's mission and values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• One of the following: two years of college credit, an associate's degree or higher, Praxis Paraprofessional Assessment, or CDA.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks; self-starter and able to work independently.

REPORTS TO: Principal

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 185 days with benefits provided according to Siloam Springs School Board policies.
